• Added a Walk-In Closet and moved Laundry to this closet
• Stretched the Great Room to give space for a dining table

Entertainment Barn

• Reduced the Covered Porches to only the South Side
• Removed Men / Women Powder Rooms in favor of just one and converted one of them + the Storage to a Fitness Room

Ceiling Plans (all buildings)

I just added the ceiling plans for your review.  Remember this is just a first pass (a suggestion).  Once we nail down the ceiling plans then we can get a proposal from a structural engineer and work on the Utility Layout plans (or Electrical plans).

• Reduced the Covered Porches to only the South Side

Site Plan

Per our meeting on 2/22/19:

• Rotated the house to match the existing guest house view
• It was suggested that we move the house closer to the edge of the slope of the existing guest house to improve the views - so I slid it further to the south as well
