Modified the Entertainment Barn per our meeting on 2/22/19

  • Reduced the Covered Porches to only the South Side
  • Removed Men / Women Powder Rooms in favor of just one and converted one of them + the Storage to a Fitness Room

    Hi Greg - all the above was modified per your comments.  I'll e-mail Brad and Chris so they can modify their drawings per these changes.

    Hi Tim,  we really like the revised barn. Here are a couple of "tweaks" we'd like to see...

    1) Please widen the 2nd story by 4 feet. We think this would create a nice exterior look and also provide a little more useable space on the 2nd floor “dance hall.”

    2) Please replace with the 3’ x 4’ windows (on both ends of the barn) with 4’ x 6’ windows. We think a larger windows would look better given he scale of the barn.

    3) Since this is a barn, the slab should be at grade level, and therefore no stairs and no stone base around the perimeter is needed.

    5) We're thinking we should not be calling this an "Entertainment Barn" but rather simply "Barn Expansion"

    Art Studio is now combined with the entertainment barn and Elevations now added to the PDFs

    Tim, regarding the bigger art studio -- yes, confirmed.

    I like the attached buildings per your sketch but wanted to verify that the Art Studio will need to get bigger from front to back to keep the front aligned (per your sketch) and to allow entrance from the Ent. Barn through its side door.   I think you are already aware of this and I think it should be perfectly fine - but wanted to verify.

    • Fitness increased to 20'x16'
    • Added shower but wanted to keep the double sink + separate toilet area for it to feel more private and up-scale = more like a public bath and not a bedroom bath
