Hi - Per your first comment I think it is fine to adjoin and relocate the other structures as needed. I also think it is fine to remove the existing barn per your comments and relocate the structures relative to its removal. I do remember Mary questioning the need for the Barn in a previous meeting. We can also go over this + the elevations I just posted in our next meeting. - Thanks - Tim
Tim, part B of our comments today (Monday, 4/1) is that we're considering whether or not it makes sense to try to preserve the small garage/barn on the upper pad. We're thinking that a) that would be the ideal location for the guest house, and b) it may not be worth the cost to remodel/upgrade a garage that really isn't necessary.
If you agree, could you relocate the guest house to this location?
Thanks, Greg
Tim, in preparation of the soils engineer coming out to drill, Mary and I took another look at the upper pad site plan and have revisions to discuss. We're thinking it might make better sense to join the Ent. Barn and the Art Studio for several reasons: a) easier access from AS to bathroom facilities, b) bigger, more useable patio for AS if Mary wants to "spread out," c) more open area space in "unpaved paddock" area (left of Ent. barn) to plan garden, pickleball court etc., d) better "hides" view of Ent. Barn from main entry gate. We'll see in the attached "cut and paste" drawing we're also trying to move the structures back a little from the downslope edge.
We're also thinking the Guest House should be move back off the edge/downslope and think it will be easier to tie in with the exiting garage structure with trellis, etc., if it were a little closer. You'll see we moved it back and over to the left.

Let us know what you think...!
Hi Tim, over the past week or so Mary and I have refined a few items the (hopefully) improve the plan -- without significant changes. In a few areas, we still have some questions (but don't have a strong option one way or another.
For each area where we have a comment or question, I've attached a blowup of that section and added handwritten notes -- hopefully they are self explanatory. If not, please let me know. Please see our attachments, below:
