Per our meeting on 2/22/19:

• Rotated the house to match the existing guest house view
• It was suggested that we move the house closer to the edge of the slope of the existing guest house to improve the views - so I slid it further to the south as well as rotating it
• The New guest house (and other accessory building) orient relative to the existing art studio and there is now a courtyard formed between the guest house and older structure in addition to it being close to the slope's edge for a better view
• The Entertainment Barn and New Artist Studio remain in an axial relationship to each other as a "big sister - little sister" relationship and are also relatively close to the edge to improve the view.
• Other elements like the pool, sports court, etc.... will be designed later but please add your preferences (and other important site items) to this Topic Discussion
