    Per our discussion this afternoon, detail 11/SD3 is intended to show how the floor girder is connected to the grade beam, not to imply the grade beam at the north edge of the staircase is benched.  Mike is welcome to call if he needs further clarification.

Construction Meeting #011

Sachin and I visited the site today and the list below are some of the things we reviewed Loggia height and potential arches Stair in Living Room - will probably work fine as a normal stair rather than free floating as designed. The Southern curved stair should have the plant shelf continue around the stair at the same height (towards the top of the stair). Construction Meeting #010

Had a site meeting today reviewing the following: Ceiling Soffits in Kitchen and down the Dining Gallery (for mechanical soffit) - modified A6.1 - now as Delta 5 Added Mechanical doors (size to match requirements for pool equipment needs and field conditions restrictions relative to added mechanical pad) - should be louvered and painted. Construction Meeting #009

On 9/16/14 we had a construction meeting with Sachin, Vanita, Mike, Joe and myself.  Below are the list of items we when over - with comments in Red - Laundry Sink - Keep it in current location - Washer / Dryer - Keep it in current location - HVAC in attic- There is enough room above the kids walk-in closets - Bedroom 4 Suite Toilet- may need to shift to for the waste pipe to clear the beam below. - Powder Room Wall Hung Toilet- We can shift some toilets over to get in a wall hung toilet -…

Construction Meeting #008

Meeting on 8/19 covered the following items: Reviewed concerns again about having the half-inch threshold difference in the large doors and the hardscape in the rear courtyard area.  Sachin wants to maintain this but both Mike and Tim mentioned that a trench drain will be needed to help protect water intrusion in a storm (and this is no guarantee that there will be no water intrusion).
