Sachin and I visited the site today and the list below are some of the things we reviewed

• Loggia height and potential arches
• Stair in Living Room - will probably work fine as a normal stair rather than free floating as designed.
• The Southern curved stair should have the plant shelf continue around the stair at the same height (towards the top of the stair).
• Media Room - went over options for A/V equipment and for platforms
• Reviewed HVAC location in attic - currently now above bedroom - was discussed earlier that it could be over the bathroom / closets.  If it does end up over the bedroom then a raised platform should be built (above the bottom chord) with sound isolators
• Reviewed ceiling ideas from Jeff.  Also see Delta 5 changes previous posted
• Reviewed adding arches in stairwell near kitchen
• Reviewed piers to be used for new grade beam extensions off of cabana
