Had a site meeting today reviewing the following:

• Ceiling Soffits in Kitchen and down the Dining Gallery (for mechanical soffit) - modified A6.1 - now as Delta 5
• Added Mechanical doors (size to match requirements for pool equipment needs and field conditions restrictions relative to added mechanical pad) - should be louvered and painted. Modified A3.2 - now as Delta 5
• Set height of plant shelf to be 3ft higher than intermediate stair landing
• Discussed step into the garage near guest bedroom
• Reviewed the idea of raising the loggia and placing the columns on pedestals (using a cool-stone wrap finish - same as wainscot) - or can use larger columns but diameter for the precast concrete columns should be increased in proportion (so they don't look to skinny).
