Construction Meeting #009

On 9/16/14 we had a construction meeting with Sachin, Vanita, Mike, Joe and myself.  Below are the list of items we when over - with comments in Red

- Laundry Sink - Keep it in current location
- Washer / Dryer - Keep it in current location
- HVAC in attic- There is enough room above the kids walk-in closets
- Bedroom 4 Suite Toilet- may need to shift to for the waste pipe to clear the beam below.
- Powder Room Wall Hung Toilet- We can shift some toilets over to get in a wall hung toilet
- Entry Door- Tim approved the design and Mike to approve the dimensions and installation.
- Back Stair Storage- Suggested not creating an outdoor - access door - only access it from the inside of the under-stair area.
- Kitchen Island- everyone agrees and likes the 1 larger island solution
- Windows in Kids Bed- keep as is
- French Balcony Balustrades- Tim produced a new elevation and detail - Joe to use these to add comments for structural connections and sizing of members.

- Deck extension - Tim produced a new floor plan - Joe to use these to add comments for structural connections and sizing of members.

- Framing sub-contractor - Issues with schedule, mistakes, and costs were discussed.
