Design Development

Posted updated plans - See Link See reply to your comments below in Green Modifications to House Plans 5/27/15 Tim, we had a great meeting with Jim yesterday and have a few modifications for you. We would like to keep the current plans with the two kid’s rooms side by side and the hallway next to the staircase. Schematic Design

I've posted the Schematic Design Site and Floor Plans on the Project Pages A1.1 - Site Plan shows option A along with the Carport and Garage (Option B would be the same).  The front door of the new house is opposite and facing the front door of the older house.  I've placed it on the site so it is in the flatter area with one boring location at the corner of the breakfast area.  Another boring is in the Powder Room.  Note the driveway isn't shown yet but will be in the drawing as it is…
