I've posted the Schematic Design Site and Floor Plans on the Project Pages

1. A1.1 - Site Plan shows option A along with the Carport and Garage (Option B would be the same).  The front door of the new house is opposite and facing the front door of the older house.  I've placed it on the site so it is in the flatter area with one boring location at the corner of the breakfast area.  Another boring is in the Powder Room.  Note the driveway isn't shown yet but will be in the drawing as it is developed further.
2. A2.1 - Option A Floor Plan is the larger floor plan that also creates a slight "U" courtyard around the pool.  This Plan has a Living Room (option B does not)
3. B2.1 - Option B Floor Plan is smaller and creates more of an "L" around the Pool.  This option removes the Living Room to reduce the size of the house.  The breakfast area could also be removed to reduce the size more.

Modified the plans per our meeting - see notes below: 

1. Modified master water closet / linen
2. Removed exterior storage in casitas and added outdoor shower
3. Flipped casitas bath and kitchenette
4. Reduce breezeway to 4ft
5. Kept Spa centered on Breezeway (which moved it closer to house)
6. Reduced carport to 20ft
7. Have stairs coming from carport side up to bonus space above garage
8. Garage door became a double instead of two singles
9. Modified kids bedroom wing
