Reviewing the latest changes per our phone calls yesterday:

1. Reduce main house to under 3,500 s.f. (reduce by 50 s.f.)
2. Detach Bocce Ball court and re-center on pool
3. Remove two smaller windows in Dining and replace with one larger window
4. Remove small windows on Kitchen north wall
5. Replace two smaller windows with one larger window on Family north side
6. Replace two smaller windows with one large slider on Entertainment north side
7. Remove BBQ (use freestanding BBQ) and move sink to BBQ location
8. Replace exterior door with window in Bedroom Hall
9. Remove small window in Bedroom 2 and center large window
