Hi Janae, So the ceiling detail and covered porch roof detail were originally in the discussion "ceiling and lighting plan feedback" (if you go to "view all" in the discussion page you will find it) but I'm reposting the items here for streamlining the discussion since that prior post had alot of other items discussed. Hi Janae - Mechanical is Design Build (not like commercial projects where we would have a mechanical engineer) - so the sub-contractor would do the HVAC design
Hi Team,
What folder would I find the HVAC design and required air flow calculation plans?
Thanks,
Janae
Hello team,
Here are 5 options for the site. Major constraints are obviously the 10-30% slopes and the setbacks that only allow us to use less than 30% of the site. Looking forward to your guys' input.

Hello all!
I had the pleasure of talking with Tim just a moment ago. Some take-aways from our conversation:
-I am responsible for the siting of house, finished floor elevation, driveway, exterior circulation. I will have the siting/ FFE done by next week so the project can move along.
-Tim will send his office's pentool - .ctb file so the line weights match up.
-The objective is to develop a landscape master plan that can be implemented over the years.
I think that covers our discussion. Anything else I should add Tim?
