Engineered Drawings for McDavit build

Hello everyone,

This is Janae Kelly, Project Management Coordinator for Blue Diamond Builders, Inc. Jordan says hello and we are both excited to be working with everyone on this amazing project.

In order for us to move forward with getting accurate estimates from our subs we need a complete set of engineered drawings. Who is providing those? Can you attach them as a pdf here? Or if need be you can email them to:

    Hi Janae, sorry I did not see this post until just now.  We are excited too and glad you are using this forum.  Current update, yesterday Soils Engineer has signed off on the proposed grading and drainage plan and so Jim Diggins will now turn that into a permit set.  Structural should be done soon (Hopefully very soon after May 10).  I will forward both civil and structural plans to you once I get them and as you know, Tim will also post them here once we get them.

    Hi Janae,

    Thanks for the note and thanks for working on AllyLocal (its easier for everyone to keep track of than individual e-mails going all over the place).   The structural engineer is working on the project now and if you want to contact him his name is Brad and his contact info is on the Cover Sheet.   I am also adding more drawings to the set as well.
