    I prefer a front setback of around 40', maybe 42'. Can we revise the site plan to include a 42' setback?  With a 32' setback, if one car is parked in front of the one car garage, there will be no enough clearance for guest car turnaround .

Hi, Tim: In order for Ron to work on the storm drainage plans, the site plan as well as the landscape might need to be finalized. For the site plan, there are two pending items. One is the second complying covered carport required by the county. I wonder, based on your conversation with the county planner, could you please implement it into the site plan?
