Hi, Tim:

In order for Ron to work on the storm drainage plans, the site plan as well as the landscape might need to be finalized.

For the site plan, there are two pending items. One is the second complying covered carport required by the county. I wonder, based on your conversation with the county planner, could you please implement it into the site plan?

The second one is about the driveway entrance. Could you please work with Christopher to finalize the entrance location? The preferred location is on the west site as indicated in my last email. I will also follow up with Christopher about the landscaping plan.

One additional note is regarding the setback on the west, which is currently 7'. I wonder if we can make it 7'3" to allow 3" tolerance to make the foundation work easier. Since the lot is not flat, if all the dimensions of the floor plans are maintained, the setback on the west site might be slightly less than 20' which, in my opinion, will not be an issue for since the side garage is not considered a complying one anyway.
