Plan Check Response

I have added the new sheet C1 from the Civil Engineers  - Jet Engineering to the PDF page to the right (see downloads).   I have also added a plancheck response letter to the downloads that will need to be submitted.   We will still need to get the plumbing and mechanical drawings from the subcontractors and the updated structural engineering drawings before we can submit.

Plan Check Comments

Alton, The plan check comments are actually very minor and just notes or a couple of standard details that they want added regarding ADA (of which people can reference in the code but they want them on the drawings - which is fine). The only thing that is a bigger issue is the site plan (of which we knew they might require - but wasn't sure since we aren't modifying the exterior (only resurfacing) ). Interior Elevations and Details

Tim, I'd like to touch base on the following: --- replies below   1) How the new wall blocking the pulleys will look like to allow one or possibly two openings for light to come through from above --- I always visualized these to be tall but slender openings.  This will minimize the view but still provide light and enough wall space for each pully.  It would depend on the number of openings vs the number of pully stations (and the required width for each station). 2) Design of the water…
