Plan Check Comments

Alton,

The plan check comments are actually very minor and just notes or a couple of standard details that they want added regarding ADA (of which people can reference in the code but they want them on the drawings - which is fine).

The only thing that is a bigger issue is the site plan (of which we knew they might require - but wasn't sure since we aren't modifying the exterior (only resurfacing) ). I suggest that we get an site specific survey - from either a surveyor or civil engineer since the title report only has the property boundary info.
