    Hi Tim,
    You will need to register with CalCERTS in order to finish the energy compliance registration for this project.
    I have attached the registration form. I also emailed it to you.
    You only need to fill out the top part. Please complete it and send it to the contacts at the bottom of the form. fax or email.

    Victor - add comments to the discussion forum above instead of comment wall.

    I think we will need more topo info (unless you want to go off of the image file - see site plan 1 - which maybe inaccurate).

    I can begin designing though based on what we have now - let me know what option you want to do in terms of the location and orientation of the house?

House Location on Site

Victor - I've added 4 different files (site plan 1-4).   1. Shows the Site plan with no house location (Just showing you an overlay of the map info they have (but not showing the actual survey'd contours in the area we need) -- If you see the other Site Plans you'll see that topo missing.   2. Site Plan 2 shows the house up at the base of the steep grade (with the best views - and oriented along the topography lines.   3. Site Plan 3 shows the house rotated more to the west.   4.
