Victor - I've added 4 different files (site plan 1-4).
1. Shows the Site plan with no house location (Just showing you an overlay of the map info they have (but not showing the actual survey'd contours in the area we need) -- If you see the other Site Plans you'll see that topo missing.
2. Site Plan 2 shows the house up at the base of the steep grade (with the best views - and oriented along the topography lines.
3. Site Plan 3 shows the house rotated more to the west.
4. Site Plan 4 shows the house moved down the hill more.
