  • Tim - thanks for yesterday's great collaborative meeting on the site with Archana, Steve and Lynn.  We loved the overall design. Here are our latest observations: 1. Dining room seems to be too big for our use - some of its un-utilized space could be used as a bar.  It can also be shrunk to utilize some of the unused square footage for breakfast nook - your thoughts without compromising the resale value? 2. We prefer to have laundry on the main floor - any thoughts on enlarging mud room to cover laundry, pantry (and shoe closet before entering garage)?  3. We are OK with the current office location.  Adding a small bath room to the office is a good idea - it can be placed in such a way to used as a powder room from the hall way - perhaps this way we can also eliminate the powder room attached to the Impluvium (the space could be used as laundry or a linen closet perhaps?) - your thoughts? 4. Can the Impluvium be located between Master and Bedroom 2 to give separation?  5. We have not paid much attention to the Lower level plan and are awaiting your updates based on our earlier conversations.  Thanks. Archana and Ash

It was nice talking to you Tim and will ceratinly like to meet at the site to go over the details. Ash and I will like to have a breakfast nook preferably without adding the square footage. Also will like Master bed room to be more seperated and have a bit more privacy. Thanks, Archana
