  Hi Tim, here are the changes we discussed.
  1. Covered entry: add junction box in the center to chandelier
  2. Move the downstairs laundry machines to the left wall near the door.
  2a. Add electric ceiling fan for ventilation.
  3. Back stairs (utility stairs) need a light switch downstairs to turn on light for mud room.
  4. Kitchen lights rearranged. Two set of 3-way switch to control kitchen lights, island pendant lights, lights between the stove and island, near the main kitchen sink.
  5. Add additional sconce light outside the storage room near garage.
  6. Add garbage disposal in pantry sink.
  7. Change light switch in dining room to opposite wall.
  8. Add top and bottom power outlet in the mudroom for desk area.
  9. Change lighting in library to track lighting.
  10. Add vanity light in master bathroom.
  11. Master shower add electric ceiling fan.
