Tim - Thanks for uploading the drawings. Looks great! Here are a few decisions we made:
1. We would like to expand the front all the way upto the pillar - the foyer can be extended proportionately.
2. Lets keep the door separating the Kitchen and Study.
3. The stack next to the fridge needs to have just the microwave and cabinets (no second Oven/Warming Drawer)

Below is response comments to your items posted above ------ and I added changed items 4-6.
1. The Front Office wall was expanded to the pillar - don't think the Entry Foyer needs to be expanded too - but that is your call (let me know?). I added an extra storage closet and shelves to new bath for Office.

3. Done. + I modified the refg./freezer to be a 36" wide unit instead of 48".
4. Removed Wet Bar in Office and added Closet + other bookshelves per our meeting.
5. Moved Toilet Wall to the right in Jack/Jill Bath to fit 2 sinks.
6. Added small window above Master Bath Vanity
