Conceptual Design Meeting

Yesterday we had a great conceptual design meeting.  Below are my notes from the meeting:

1. Add an extra Study in between Powder and Master
2. Remove Breakfast table (do you want a second island?)
3. One of the Window seats where intended as a meditation area - pick which one you would like to develop more (and if you need more space)?
4. Remove built-in BBQ and rear counter on Outdoor Balcony but keep island
5. Add Fire-pit to Outdoor Balcony

Modified the Main Level to include the previous items.  This means the main floor is 3,452 s.f. and would only leave 1,000 s.f. for the lower level (which I can modify depending on what you think of the main level changes)
