Just spoke with Mike and he is going to check with the Town of Danville when the cut off is for grading (in Contra Costa County it is in October but Danville will be different). He will then post a "proposed" construction schedule based on this. Hopefully we'll be able to move through the planning commission in time to meet this potential grading deadline.
