Open Items (Check in the field and other misc)

1. Mud Room - We would like the window on the East side to be higher (privacy concerns)

2. Bed room #3- We would like the two small clerestory windows to be removed. It looks odd above the big window panels. One alternative is to lower the entire ceiling so we would love the 12 ft. tall room.

3. Bed room #2 and #3 - Both bedroom have windows above where the bed's headboard will be. We would like to remove them and just keep it as a wall.

4. Front Door - Tim suggested going with glass or steel since they are more durable than wood doors

5. Overhang over the front entry - Tim needs to check out in the field what the overhang above front door will be like. 

6. Need a turnaround area outside of the main gate for cars/UPS truck to U-turn and go back down the hill.
