Engagements with Lawrence Road neighbors

This discussion is to document our efforts in meeting with various Lawrence road neighbors in regards to the build project. 

1. 8/31/14 - Met with Susan and Mark Tu to share the house project plans that were submitted to the town. They were very supportive and even offered to introduce us to everyone on the official Lawrence Road neighborhood email alias. 

2. 9/2/14 - Got added to the Lawrence Road email alias. Received several welcome responses from alias members. 

3. 9/7/14 - Met with Ann and Jim Mosle at 1591 Lawrence Road. They had concerns about what they will be seeing from their home. We showed them the elevation diagrams and shared with them our efforts to be conscious of keeping the house blend in. They just wanted to make sure we keep things in mind as we proceed with the design but otherwise were satisfied with what we shared with them. 

4. 9/7/14 - Met with Rick Herraras at 1615 Lawrence Road to share the house project plans that were submitted to the town. He was very supportive, offered to help if needed.
