2. To remove one stair on the North of Living Room (near Gallery) to provide space for Formal Dinning
3. Butler Pantry to be removed nd use that space for Hutch
4. To modify / redesign the other remaining stair (wine stair) to look better and provide more Living Room Space
5. North East Corner Window of the Great Room to be designed as Glass Edge (current frame to be removed) - Tim to check with Joe
6. East Wall of the Outdoor Dining (BBQ Wall) to be removed and provide for Sliding Door to provide easier access from kitchen (Tim to check if there is any structure wall there with Joe)
7. BBQ to move by Spiral Stair. Provide skinny counter (bar stool height). Provide small sink in BBQ
8. Outdoor Shower to be relocated if BBQ uses that location
9. Bring back Balcony towards house as much as possible (perhaps by 2ft) - if the structure wall comes into play
10. Window Panes in Cabana and Fire Pit to be 8' high (and not 6')
11. Stairs in Garage 1 interferes with car park - check Grading Plan to see if this can be reduced, else Drop Guest Suite 2 Steps Down
12. Door to the bathroom in the Office to be designed but perhaps we will not put any door - in case Guest Suite is dropped 2 steps down, then there is no bathroom access door from the Office
13. Bar to be removed from the Great Room as space is tight - design it in current formal dining area instead
14. Rethink on Girls Bedroom Suites Bathrooms (separate vs common)
15. Rethink on the openings provided above plantation shutters in the outdoor Game Room
16. Guest Suite Bathroom - think if there is a need to keep toilet shower area separate from the basin
17. If Powder Room 2 space is tight, rotate the spiral stairs to provide more height
18. Validate the water outlets requirements such that we can obtain 3/4" meter - perhaps have only one powder bathroom
