Attendees:  Sachin Aggarwal, Mike Murphy, Todd Mink, Marco Lopez and myself.

Topics Discussed (please reply to add additional comments or topics as needed):

1. Schedule:  We are going to trying to compress the construction schedule to try to complete the house before the holidays.

2. Construction Set vs Permit Set:  Reviewed the following changed items that will be issued in the Construction set on Monday.

 a. Dining Area

 b. Height of backyard Impluvium

 c. Secondary Stair

 d. Media Room

 e. Breakfast Patio removal

3. Marco mentioned he wanted to get a quote from Debolt to do a survey for the piers

4. Sachin mentioned that we need to dig out the temple item and replace it prior to grading.

5. Tod to coordinate with pool contractor for grading the pool (likely pool contractor will do it).

6. Review with Debolt if sub-floor drainage is actually needed or not with the "slope away" characteristics of the lot.
