Construction Meeting with New Framer (Joe), Mike and Sachin.  Below is a list of items Sachin had that he wanted to go over for the meeting (comments in red) :

- Sheet Metal for Termite Proofing - reviewed detail locations

- Water Proofing - Retaining Walls - reviewed detail locations

- Insulation- reviewed detail locations and sound walls / floor and ceiling for 2nd Master.
- Ducts - - reviewed the option to have ducts in dropped ceilings and soffits for upper level
- Sub-Floor Vents- reviewed the sides and expressed desire to "over-vent" beyond requirements

- Sub-Floor Cleaning- Mike mentioned that sub-floor was cleaned

- Thick Mortar Set- Mike mentioned we could still do this (to prevent cracking of natural stone)

- Refrigerator Point / Minivac / Broom Cabinet- reviewed

- Toilet / Powder Room Plumbing Question by Jeff- reviewed

- Sound Proofing the Floors- reviewed per above

- Cast Iron Plumbing for Toilets at Upper Level- reviewed

- Gas Lines to Cabana, BBQ and Under Balcony- reviewed

- Plumbing - Water, Drain and Gas- reviewed
- HVACs - Heaters- reviewed
- Mud Room - door change -secondary laundry location- reviewed and marked on plans

- Wine Room change to Closet / Recess by Fountain- reviewed and marked on plans

- Garage 2 Opening / Concrete- reviewed
- Garage Grade for Guest Suite- reviewed
- Prayer Room- reviewed
- Fountain Location- reviewed
- Plumbing for BBQ / Sink- not reviewed
