Met with Sachin, Mike and the Framer out at the site to go over floor and sub-floor framing issues. We also discussed sub-floor access and the exterior walkway around the north side of the house and near the pool. The loggia area near the front of the house will need a waterproof condition as it was poured and framed to prevent water intrusion into the sub-floor. We also went over possible vent locations for sub-floor ventilation and areas for the termite shielding per architectural details.
