Electrical Plan Posted (moved to Group Page)
Responded to Alton's latest comments copied below:
Let's revise the following:
1) remove one outlet from the right gym wall (preferably the 2nd one counting from the top)
2) center the 4 outlets at the foot of each table
3) remove the outlets along the hallway at tx room 2,3, document and office (I'm not sure if inspector would approve but let's see what happens since we do have outlets on the other side of the hallway)
4) subpanel in breakroom (wall next to steps)
5) like to create several attic access points in the ceiling (file storage, laundry, gym - not sure how many to have to make crawl space accessible)

Alton,
I've added a reply to your first question in a new discussion thread for Interior Elevations and Details.
I think removing some of the five skylights is fine.

Tim,
Reviewed the electrical. Some minor changes to note:
1) I like the idea of the admin wall being open so the lights in the file room would look more consistent to have two can lighting in this space since it can be seen through the admin space.
2) Likely can't put in 5 skylights so thinking of balancing out 3 across the hallway.
Alton,
I kept one 2x4 parabolic in Tx room #3.
I also have made some other modifications to the drawings and posted them - see updated drawings on Page 1 of the main group page.

Tim,
Just reviewed the lighting changes and there are some corrections as follows:
1)My office should have two 2x 4 parabolics
2) Tx room #3 could have two 1x 4 Avante or possible one 2 x 4 Avante since this will be the smaller of the tx rooms due to the 45 degree hallway corner - what do you think would fit in this space?
3) Tx room #1 and #2 should have two 2 x 4 Avantes
4) File storage room should have one 2x 4 parabolic
5) Move one of the skylights so that it's between tx room #2 and ADA BR and then space the other two equally down hallway
We can discuss details when we meet.

Hi TIm,
Alton and I went over some changes in the lighting, alton asked I relay this information to you. Not sure how much needs to be changed on the plan, but here is the list.
1. Change to 2 fixtures in Alton'd office and all treatment rooms.
2. 2 cans in staff bathroom and ADA bath
3. 2 cans over small reception area.
4. Break room gets 2 -2x2 fixtures
Thanks TIm.

Alton I'll modify the drawings tomorrow and re-post them on these threads. I had some questions on the elevation thread and one that I wanted to verify with you on this one ---
How about a new front entrance door matching the exterior Spanish style? Do we need to consider ADA requirements for this door if we are not calling this our main entrance?
I am thinking to leave it as is for the initial permit (so it doesn't become a -main- entry issue). After the permit we can do a change to give it more of a Spanish Style.
---
Are you fine with leaving the entry as is so it doesn't create a potential - ""Main Entry"" confusion then making a modification (which we can submit as a change) to the building department - after we already have the permit?

Tim,
Are the exterior sconces in front and back of the building motion sensored?
Also want to place several eyeball lights in the main hallway able to shine onto exterior wall of tx room 1,2,3)
Downlighting reflecting onto the stone tile ledge wall behind admin counter and accent wall in gym?
You allowed 5' opening for a door from the admin to the gym, should we consider a larger door for this opening or consider a frosted 3 panel door with a side 3 panel frosted window that's 6' H x 1' W?
How about a new front entrance door matching the exterior Spanish style? Do we need to consider ADA requirements for this door if we are not calling this our main entrance?
We need to double check if 1 x 4 lights are enough light for the rooms or consider 2 x 4.
