I've updated the drawings per our last meeting (per the notes below)

Main Level

• Shifted the back side of the house towards the south
• Increased the size of the Rear Loggia so it is 12ft deep now
• Increased the size of the master bedroom Foyer (entrance to bedroom)
• We talked about an option to enclose the living (to make it into a room) - but left it as is (as a double height space)
• Added the stairs going up to the upper level over the garage (room not drawn yet)

Upper Level

• Shifted over Bath 2
• Made Office / Loft bigger (without Bath 2)
• Added a Balcony all across the covered Loggia below
• Removed Bath 3 (we should still have it plumbed - and turned it into a large walk-in closet (but can also be removed to make a larger bedroom 3)
