I think I have all your feedback included. I've split two of the plans into three, creating a dedicated electrical plan. I didn't work with the roof plan. Looking forward to your feedback.
Everything looks pretty good. A few more suggestions (again just look at some of my other projects as examples):
When you are ready to submit you should have a title block around the drawings (similar to mine), a north arrow, a graphic scale, and something indicating the scale of the drawing like 1/4"=1'-0"
Your separate electrical looks good except you need to put a GFCI label next to all outlets near a water source like a sink or ones that are on a kitchen counter + indicate the height of them (since the standard outlet height is too low for one above a counter - I usually say +42")
Add other things to the electrical like where your address sign is located, where the meters are, where a sub-panel is, where the smoke / carbon monoxide detectors are (usually one in each bedroom and one just outside of a bedroom, where TV outlets are, etc.... look at my drawings but you may not need everything that is in my legend
