Floor Plan

We added a draft floor plan to give you an idea of what we're looking for.  Things I'm not entirely happy about:

  • Footprint would be better if elongated east/west (family room windows face almost due north).
  • Entry way
  • Solution for opening up north facing side of the house to create indoor/outdoor feeling

Things that's don't show up that we would liked worked into the plan:

  • Garage loft that can be used for entertainment, office space, hobbies, etc
  • High windows to let morning light into the bedroom
  • High entryway with high windows
