1. Wrap around balcony starting by dinning room to Master-bedroom and expand it from 9’ to 20’ from the back of family room (Red Line)
2. Bump out of MB to accommodate music by 4’ northward only (Red Line)
3. MB door flush with the living room wall (Blue Line)
4. Reduce the depth of pantry and have Butler/Wine cooler by the Dining side(Green Line). Pantry wall with kitchen cabinets stays same
5. Outdoor kitchen to be located in the North/West corner

- Added exterior spiral stair on Balcony
- Reduced the size of the Pooja Room
- Added sink in Pantry since the Butler's Pantry will have water right opposite of it
- The Main Level is currently 3,168 s.f. and as we discussed we will want to shrink the plan substantially to make the lower level work within a 3,500 s.f. house. Most ADU (guest houses) that I do are around 1,200 s.f. which will give you an idea of what the lower level might need for size (these are two bedrooms with a common area)
- We talked about a stackable washer and dryer but didn't see where we wanted to put this (other than the laundry room) - correct ?
- The Balcony was redesigned again but I don't show the outdoor kitchen as was shown in the last sketch - I am proposing another location
- In addition to the outdoor firepit I also created an outdoor fireplace on the balcony since they can all share the same chimney (even though they are all gas) - this will create a comfortable warm sitting area outside of the family and the firepit will create another seating group at the end of the balcony
- Added seating on end of kitchen island
