A few years back this property might be consided remote by some - but development from Blackhawk (and is about 15 min from Crow Canyon exit off of 680) has been growing from the North and additional developement from the South (the Dublin side - about 10 min to 580 off of Tassajara exit). The area has large property homes ranging from $2 to $4 million (Greg will provide actual comps) immediately adjacent and down the road from the site. It is considered Contra Costa County (not Dublin) and would be a part of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District (excellent).
I personally loved the Old School itself (which is at the entrance to the road that leads to the site) - see photo:
