Thanks for doing the T24 and here are your requirements copied here for the team...
This project will require the following:
1. R-30 insulation in the floors.
2. R-15 in 2x4 walls
3. R-21 in 2x6 walls
4. R-30 in 2x12 walls
5. Flat ceiling insulation R-38
6. Attic rafters R-21
7. Vault rafters (2.0 inch Spray Foam & R-30 Batt) Total R-43
8. R-8 on the HVAC duct work
9. QII (Quality Insulation Installation) Make sure you hire a HERS rater to do this before sheet rock.
9a. Do not forget. Very Important. See attached card for a HERS rater if you don't have one already.
10. Photovoltaic Solar is required along with minimum 10kWh battery storage.
11. Maximum Two tankless water heaters with UEF=0.96. See attached for an example.
