Notes from 10/31/2018 meeting

Hi Tim -

Here are my notes from the meeting we had last week.

1. Add a "dutch door" to access west alcove from kitchen, at the expense  of some cabinet space in the kitchen. Probably a glass/solid combo.

2. Remove middle window in the "entertainment room" (aka Bar Room).

3. Guest room should have slider instead of french doors.

4. Flip the operable end of the Den slider, to maximize TV space in the NW corner of that room (although I'm still wondering if that will be enough).

5. Spiral staircase access to 2nd floor and roof, probably from impluvium.

6. Maybe we don't need the powder room if we're pretty sure it gets converted to an elevator in the future, and since there's a full bathroom along the entrance to the Bar Room.

7. Pivot doors in front and back are ok (door details TBD)

8. Include GFI power in master bath and guest room toilet areas (for future high tech toilet).
