Updated Construction Schedule + Current Milestones

I will post on this thread the most Current Construction Schedule (once we get it from Richard)

Below are a list of topics to discuss in meeting tomorrow (first set from Richard):

Decisions that need to be made:

1- Sheetrock or MDF beams 

2- Roof tile selections, sample on site.

3-marble flooring selection, samples on site.

4-final location of kitchen sinks

5- selection of tubs for master and jr. master

6- selection of fireplaces. Tim do you hav prices from new fireplace guy? If not please obtain.

7 - Front Door (we need to have something to go off of from images or show room visits as to personal preference so we can then narrow it down and / or design it)

8 - Need to define supplier for tubs, precast columns, outside window surrounds / eave foam details, marble, porcelain tile, counter tops, etc... so we can work within their catalog and work towards a price within budget.

9 - Surface or Cans in box beam ceilings (per e-mail yesterday)

10 - Prefab or Custom cabinets for closets

11 - Update Plumbing fixture selections so I can put together a fixture list like we did for Appliances

12 - Start on Electrical selections so I can put together a fixture list like we did for Appliances

13 - Have Richard post current construction schedule

14 - Add back in windows in Dining Room

15 - Tree protection fencing
