Floor Plan

Uploaded the new and existing floor Plans.   The following changes were made to the Floor Plan.

  1. Nook has a wall and door
  2. Living Room has a bi-folding glass wall system for indoor-outdoor living
  3. Master Bedroom was expanded
  4. Master Closet was expanded
  5. Master Bath was expanded with a his/her shower and a his/her sink and private water closet
  6. Medicine cabinet added to M. bedroom Hall
  7. New Powder Room added
  8. Mechanical closet removed and FAU will go in attic.

    Hi Tim,

    I see the plan for the master bedroom. I see that you have put a tub in the master bedroom bath (new). I don't need the tub. Also, the powder / .5 bathroom is closer to the living room. I would prefer a different design. Given the tub is not needed, can you pls re-design the master bedroom and the common powder/.5 bathroom?

    Also what is the additional sq ft you are proposing to extend the master bedroom (in option B). Mike and I are going to Fremont City to ask for the path and timeline to get the new plan approved.
