We have decided on a few of the items that were up in the air after our meeting on Sunday.
1. We do want to leave the golf Cart Garage as a garage but we will want to make a few improvements during building that will make the space usable for Mary as a part time craft room. It is our intention to have the garages finished to a certain degree and we will probably add a sink, gas line and 220 electrical.
Sounds good - I added sink
2. We still feel we need to increase the utility room. Not as much as if it is going to double as a craft room but maybe increase the width from 7 ft. to 10 ft.
Done - I also added to to exterior per our meeting + modified french doors to sliders per the meeting.
3. Master shower – we will need to check with tony and see find out the size of his typical walk in shower.
Sounds good - I think it will work as drawn (it is big enough - but if we need to increase it we can reduce the closet per the meeting)
4. We are pretty well committed to the J & J between 3rd Bdrm. and office.
Done - see new drawing.
We will keep working on the other items but I wanted to get this to you so you could incorporate into new plans.

Randy - I've posted the updates per your last e-mail. The house has been moved back as far as we can - because we have a view corridor issue next to the guest room.

Not sure what happened to my first message so this might be a duplicate. I was able to spend some time and found the floorplan. I will take it home and share it with Mary. We will get back to you with comments.
Just curious - I am not familiar with this network. What is the benefit?
