On Monday of this week Kendall and I met to go over some ideas and today Brad / Kendall and I met and came up with some more ideas (some of the ideas are listed below).

• No change to the exterior of the house
• No change to the Living / Family / Dining Rooms / Entry / Main Stair
• Remodel Kitchen and create new seating area (and replace doors with dutch doors)
• Possible to utilize south wall of kitchen once chimney stack is removed
• Remodel Butler's pantry
• Remodel both South Rooms / Bath into Master Suite
• Bedroom 2 remodel bath and add a 2nd closet
• Bedroom 3 no change
• Bedroom 4 add closet
• Hall Bath - remodel
• Attic - add storage room on north side
• Basement - Media Room + Pool Table / Bar / TV seating area.
• Basement - restore beaded wainscot and add step to wall as it transitions from concrete to wood framing.

Met yesterday at the Barnett House to go over some design ideas:

• Add Chandelier to Main stair
• Add new hanging pendants to Kitchen
• Design Kitchen to fit a 48" range
• Verify if we should keep the pony wall in kitchen
• Keep kitchen window the same size but replace it with a wood window
• Look at replacing door in kitchen / breakfast area with double door
• Kitchen island to seat 4 people
• Design built-in pantry on south wall
• Carpet in all upstairs bedrooms except for Master = spec hardwood
• All Ceiling heights to remain at 9ft
• Basement to have half bath with urinal / toilet / sink
• Replace (e) chandelier in entry with new one
