Tim and I meet with the owners last week and we are going to move forward with the project. I am making contact with Bill today and will set up a time for our next meeting sometime next week. We will be talking about the different stages of work that will be done and then we will start to break it down how the money will work and who gets what and who pays what. At this point we feel that a JV would be the best way to move forward for everyone's best interest. I will up date you after our next meeting.
