Landscaper?

Hi-

We're conflicted with the idea of hiring a landscaper. We aren't sure if it is really necessary to have a landscaper to work on this project within the same time frame due to our budget. We'll definitely install the swim spa, though. However, could the rest of the yard work be on hold until everything in the house is completed. Thoughts?
