Hello Tim,I have been looking over the documents from the Engineering company and want to mention to you that I would like the ceiling of the pavilion and casita to follow the roof lines to achieve some additional height and have room for fans/heaters, beams etc. The bathroom/kitchen area may be an exception. Hello Tim-Thank you for the additional elevations. I can see now how the pavillion, house and breezeway roof can all come together. I think the roof rafter overhangs can possibly be integrated into the breezeway, but we can deal with that later.The only other thought was regarding the pillars in the open wall of the pavillion. Hello Tim-I think this looks good. Looking at dimensions, it seems like the pool will extend beyond the existing deck on the east and south side. This gets us a 35' pool with an additional 6' spa/beach.
