Thanks for updating the floor plan.  Curious what the appliance to th eleft of the sink is?

Also, could we ad the cantilever for the master bed and the barn door for the master closet?

When do you think it would be a good time for us to start getting bids from contractors?

    Ok, so should i reach out to a friend who is a structural engineer?  I think my other friend  who does construction will come over this week to check the roof joists and I can let you know what he says.

    We would also like to add a utility sink to the laundry area of the garage if possible.  We have hot an cold water running there already.  Thanks,
