I've updated the drawings per our last meeting (per the notes below) Main Level Shifted the back side of the house towards the south Increased the size of the Rear Loggia so it is 12ft deep now Increased the size of the master bedroom Foyer (entrance to bedroom) We talked about an option to enclose the living (to make it into a room) - but left it as is (as a double height space) Added the stairs going up to the upper level over the garage (room not drawn yet) Upper Level Shifted over Bath…

Garage

Hey Tim, Thanks for today!  Pictures coming soon.  I forgot to mention the garage.  Would you make it tall enough  to have a second level. It can be minimal ceiling height.  We'll leave it unfinished, unconditioned, etc.  Thanks
