We figured out the layout of the house should be oriented so the living room/kitchen windows face 22 degrees (North-East). We worked up a rough floor plan to try to fit everything in and came up with the attached. It's rough and will need to be adjusted to give proper space to the exterior building and to move the living room/kitchen windows back as much as possible. This floor plan also includes a look-through foyer that we thought would really add to the design. Alternative.bmp
