Changes to initial floor plan layout

Hi Tim, 

Thanks so much for your awesome floor plan. Our family is very excited.

 After much discussion and deliberation, these are the changes we would like for the next layout. 

Guest Room becomes Addie's Room. If Stew's parents visit - we can move Addie to the den. 

Bedroom # 2 is Emme's Room - Is that a second closet up by the front? If so, we can eliminate it. Might a reading nook fit there? 

Bedroom #3 - becomes a den/tv/game room. The idea is the girls can hang out here when they have friends over. They won't have TVs in their own bedrooms. It will also have a pull out bed/couch for a single visitor or for Addie to move to when we have visitors who stay longer. 

Bedroom #3 closet and bathroom -take out. 

Can we rework that current #3/#4 bathroom space for a larger bathroom and small linen closet. We are also open if you can put a small 1/2 bath for visitors. Otherwise, visitors will have to use Emme's bathroom. 

Part of bedroom #3 used to expand Master Bath. 

Dining room moved to front east area. Rotated so table is parallel with window. 

Wall between (now Dining) and Kitchen moved forward towards front of house. Possible opening between upper/lower cabinets. Small door to dining room from east part of kitchen? 

Possibly also make this wall longer in length. 

Create more of an entry way. So front of house is entry and dining room and from entry - go into family/living room. 

Eliminate indoor/outdoor door. Add window by island side and french doors by couch/built in. 

Double the width of island. 

Still want to think about placement of kitchen appliances/stovetop/ovens, etc. Any suggestions with new changes?

Built in for Tv/Fireplace in living/family room along wall with hallway behind it. Can this wall be extended now that one bathroom is eliminated?
