  Per our discussion 4/19, when we make needed adjustments during the permitting process we will also make the following modifications on the plans:

  1.  Indicate high, exposed beam ceilings in the kitchen/dining, foyer and living room

  2. Remove the back of the fireplace extended into the foyer, covert fireplace to gas
